TWIN FALLS...SOUTHWESTERN ELMORE AND CENTRAL OWYHEE COUNTIES THROUGH
445 PM MDT...

At 358 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles southwest of Grand View to near
Monument Butte. Movement was northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is 
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Grand View, Hinton Reservoir, Twin Butte, and Lookout Butte around 
  400 PM MDT.
  Bruneau, Bruneau Canyon Viewpoint, C J Strike Dam, and Winter Camp 
  Butte around 410 PM MDT.
  Mountain Home Air Force Base, Pot Hole Butte, and Bruneau Sand 
  Dunes around 420 PM MDT.
  Mountain Home, Deadman Flat, Hammett, and Cinder Cone Butte around 
  430 PM MDT.
  Glenns Ferry and Hot Springs Creek Reservoir around 440 PM MDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
