...DEVELOPING THUNDERSTORM WITH GUSTY WINDS OVER THE NORTH END OF 
BEAR LAKE...

At 618 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over 
northwestern Bear Lake Idaho Portion. This storm was moving nearly 
stationary.

Winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with this storm.

Rough water conditions are likely to develop due to gusty 
thunderstorm outflow winds. Head to shore now.

Locations impacted include...
Bear Lake Idaho Portion, Saint Charles and Fish Haven. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If on or near Bear Lake, get out of the water and move indoors or 
inside a vehicle. Remember, lightning can strike out to 10 miles 
from the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you are close 
enough to be struck by lightning. Move to safe shelter now! Do not 
be caught on the water in a thunderstorm.
