...Heavy showers producing strong winds will impact portions of 
southeastern Latah, Nez Perce, Lewis, southeastern Whitman and 
northeastern Asotin Counties through 600 PM PST...

At 508 PM PST, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers near
Culdesac, or near Lapwai, moving northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Lewiston, Clarkston, Kamiah, Lapwai, Craigmont, Nezperce, Culdesac,
Winchester, Clarkston Heights-Vineland, West Clarkston-Highland,
Asotin, Peck, Reubens, Mohler, Spalding, Rogersburg, Southwick, Waha,
Gifford, and Clarkston Heights.

This includes the following highways...
 U.S. Highway 95 in Idaho between mile markers 268 and 319.
 U.S. Highway 12 in Idaho between mile markers 0 and 36, near mile
marker 38, between mile markers 52 and 54, and between mile markers
59 and 67.
 U.S. Highway 12 in Washington between mile markers 428 and 434.
 U.S. Highway 195 in Washington near mile marker 0.
