At 443 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Earlville to near Ottawa to near Oglesby.
Movement was east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. These winds will precede the 
         storms by several minutes.

SOURCE...Radar indicated and weather stations.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Ottawa, Morris, Marseilles, Sheridan, Lake Holiday, Seneca,
Earlville, Serena, Newark, Leland, Naplate, Millington, Dayton,
