...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern St.
Tammany, east central Tangipahoa, southeastern Washington Parishes in
southeastern Louisiana and west central Pearl River Counties through
1000 AM CDT...

At 930 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Folsom, or 13 miles southeast of Amite, moving east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Bogalusa, Folsom, Sun and Enon. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 AM CDT for southeastern
Louisiana...and southern Mississippi.
