At 917 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles southeast of Whitehall to 13 miles
southeast of Burns Point. Movement was east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is 
         possible.

Houma, Thibodaux, Reserve, Metairie, Hahnville, Laplace, Jefferson,
Harahan, Gramercy, Lutcher, Lockport, Mathews, Schriever, Montz,
Luling, Garyville, River Ridge, Boutte, Supreme, and Raceland.

 Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 190 and 229.
 Interstate 55 in Louisiana between mile markers 1 and 15.
 Interstate 310 between mile markers 1 and 11.
