...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT A REGION FROM NEAR AUSTIN, 
MINNESOTA TO LA CROSSE, WISCONSIN THROUGH 715 PM CDT...

At 622 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Stacyville to near Coon Valley. Movement
was east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. A measured wind gust of 49 mph was 
         recorded at Le Roy.

SOURCE...Radar indicated and surface observations.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
La Crosse, Austin, La Crescent, Viroqua, Cresco, Osage, Caledonia,
Preston, Onalaska, West Salem, Spring Valley, Rushford, Bangor,
Spring Grove, Grand Meadow, St. Ansgar, Harmony, Houston, Le Roy, and
Adams.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 90 in Minnesota near mile marker 175, between mile
markers 181 and 192, and between mile markers 275 and 276.
 Interstate 90 in Wisconsin between mile markers 1 and 20.
