...A STRONG CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT ANSON...SOUTH 
CENTRAL MONTGOMERY...CENTRAL RICHMOND AND SOUTHEASTERN STANLY 
COUNTIES THROUGH 545 PM EDT...

At 444 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong 
thunderstorms over Unionville, or 7 miles northeast of Monroe, 
moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Rockingham, Wadesboro, Hamlet, Ansonville, Polkton, Ellerbe,
Lilesville, Morven, Peachland, and McFarlan.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
