SOUTHWESTERN ROLETTE COUNTIES THROUGH 445 PM CDT...

At 418 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms near Towner, or 22 miles west of Rugby, moving east at
45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Rugby, Harvey, Dunseith, Towner, Fessenden, Mcclusky, Drake,
Granville, Anamoose, Willow City, Upham, Goodrich, Denbigh,
Karlsruhe, Martin, Balta, Barton City, Barton, Berwick, and Heimdal.
