...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT EASTERN SIOUX...SOUTHEASTERN
MORTON AND NORTHWESTERN EMMONS COUNTIES THROUGH 800 PM CDT...

At 726 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line 
extending from near Prairie Knights Resort to 6 miles east of 
Selfridge. Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Linton, Fort Yates, Cannon Ball, Prairie Knights Resort, Temvik,
Cattail Recreation Area, and Beaver Bay Recreation Area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, seek shelter inside a building. 

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for
