...PATCHY DENSE FOG IN PARTS OF SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST NORTH
DAKOTA EARLY THIS MORNING...

Patchy fog will reduce visibility to one quarter mile or less
across Logan, McIntosh, LaMoure, and Dickey Counties early this
morning. Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing 
conditions and use extra caution traveling. Use low beam 
headlights and be extra cautious at intersections and railroad 
crossings.

The fog is expected to dissipate between 8 and 9 AM CDT.
