...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of northwestern Otero
County through 500 PM MDT...

At 433 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong outflow from 3 
miles southeast of Tularosa to 4 miles west of La Luz to near 
Holloman Air Force Base. Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and patchy blowing dust or gypsum.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Blowing dust could reduce visibility. 

Locations impacted include...
Alamogordo, Tularosa, White Sands National Monument, Burro Flats, La
Luz, Holloman Air Force Base, and Boles Acres.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 70 in New Mexico between mile markers 203 and 212.
 Highway 54 in New Mexico between mile markers 55 and 78.
