At 502 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Bosque Del Apache Refuge, or 11 miles south of Socorro, moving east
at 25 mph.

Nickel size hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Bosque Del Apache Refuge, Laborcita and Luis Lopez. 

This includes Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 131 and 144.
