...Strong Thunderstorms Likely Through 4 AM...

A cold front will move through the Eastern Lake Ontario region  
overnight...and this will generate more showers and thunderstorms
in the process. A moist and very unstable environment that is 
STILL IN PLACE will support additional strong thunderstorm 
activity as well. The greatest severe weather threat will come 
from localized wind gusts to 60 mph with the bulk of any strong 
thunderstorms developing by 4 AM.

Some areas will also pick up over an inch of rain in under 30
minutes time.
