...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN HERKIMER COUNTY THROUGH
645 PM EDT...

At 603 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
McKeever, or 12 miles northeast of Boonville, moving northeast at 30
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Old Forge, Big Moose, McKeever, Nicks Lake Campground, Little Rapids,
Beaver River, Moshier Falls, Minnehaha, Thendara, Carter Station,
Lyon Lake, and Woods Lake.
