Areas of fog have developed across the region and has become
locally dense, with visibilities down to 1/4 mile or less. The
higher terrain areas will experience the worst visibilities.  
Please exercise caution if you will be traveling this morning as 
visibilities can rapidly change over a short distance. Conditions
are expected to improve by noon today.
