...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of Fairfield, southern
Lancaster, Newberry, northwestern Lexington, northeastern Saluda,
northwestern Richland and central Kershaw Counties through 615 PM
EDT...

At 536 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles south of Pageland to 6 miles west of VC
Summer Nuclear Station. Movement was southeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is 
         possible.

Columbia, Irmo, Newberry, Camden, Winnsboro, VC Summer Nuclear
Station, Lake Wateree Dam, Kershaw, Whitmire, Prosperity, Heath
Springs, Jenkinsville, Liberty Hill, Monticello, Dreher Island State
Park, Lake Wateree State Park, Fairfield County Airport, Westville,
Newberry College, and Mt Pisgah.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 26 between mile markers 62 and 101.
 Interstate 77 between mile markers 23 and 50.
