...ELEVATED FIRE RISK EXPECTED AGAIN THIS AFTERNOON...

Afternoon relative humidity values are expected to drop below 35
percent across the entire forecast area, and below 30 percent for
much of the Tennessee valley and far western North Carolina, again
this afternoon. In addition to the low humidity values, gusty 
winds will be possible area wide this afternoon as well, with 
gusts of 20 to 25 mph being common place. Some higher gusts will 
be possible mainly north of I-40 and along or east of the I-81 
corridor as well. As such, fire danger levels will be elevated 
this afternoon through the early evening hours.

Please refer to your local burn permitting authorities whether 
you may burn outdoors. If you do burn outside, use extreme 
caution.
