...Icy roads will result in dangerous driving conditions through 
Monday morning...

As skies clear out in the wake of a departing winter storm, subfreezing
temperatures will result in already wet roadways freezing overnight
across most of the Texas South Plains region. Motorists are urged
to use extra caution as areas of black ice can be difficult to 
see, especially at night. The slick conditions will likely last 
through mid- morning Monday before the sun melts the ice.
