...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN ANDREWS...EASTERN
GAINES AND NORTHWESTERN DAWSON COUNTIES THROUGH 745 PM CDT...

At 655 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 18
miles east of Gaines County Airport, or 19 miles southeast of
Seminole, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Welch, McKenzie Lake, and Punkin Center.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for
