...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of Freestone and
northeastern Limestone Counties through 1100 PM CDT...

At 1036 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles south of Teague, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

This includes Interstate 45 between mile markers 186 and 212.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm.
