JACINTO...SOUTHWESTERN HOUSTON...EASTERN MADISON AND WALKER COUNTIES
THROUGH 1115 PM CDT...

At 1050 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Lovelady to 13 miles
northwest of Riverside to 7 miles southeast of Bedias. Movement was
east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Huntsville, Crockett, Madisonville, Austonio, Trinity, Lovelady,
Riverside, Bedias, Crabbs Prairie, and Pennington.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 200 AM CDT for
southeastern Texas.
