...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northern Jefferson
and western Orange Counties through 230 PM CST...

At 158 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Hamshire, moving northeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Beaumont, Port Arthur, Nederland, Port Neches, Vidor, Hamshire,
Central Gardens, Rose City, Pine Forest, Lakeview, Fannett, La Belle
and Southeast Texas Regional Airport.

This includes Interstate 10 in Texas between mile markers 864 and
832.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
