...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN JEFF DAVIS AND
SOUTHWESTERN CULBERSON COUNTIES THROUGH 1015 PM CDT...

At 923 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Green River, or 11 miles south of Van Horn, moving northeast at 15
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Van Horn, Lobo, and Culberson County Airport. 

This includes Interstate 10 between mile markers 137 and 152.
