...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southeastern Dona Ana
and northwestern El Paso Counties through 545 PM MDT...

At 511 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles west of Afton to 3 miles southwest of
La Union. Movement was northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Anthony, Vado, Santa Teresa, Afton, Berino, Mesquite, San Miguel,
Chamberino, La Union, La Mesa, Union Pacific Intermodal Terminal,
Afton Generating Plant, High Valley, Mount Riley, and Kilbourne Hole.

This includes Interstate 10 in New Mexico between mile markers 150
and 161.
