...ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS TODAY FOR PORTIONS OF 
CENTRAL, SOUTHERN, AND EASTERN MINNESOTA AND WEST CENTRAL
WISCONSIN THIS AFTERNOON INTO EARLY EVENING...

Warm, dry, and breezy conditions will lead to near critical fire 
weather conditions today. North/northeasterly winds of 15 MPH 
gusting to 20-25 MPH are expected this afternoon. Minimum 
relative humidity values at or below 25 percent (dipping into the 
teens in western Minnesota), will lead to an elevated risk for 
rapid spreading of fires.
