SOUTHEASTERN HARRISON COUNTIES THROUGH 1045 PM EDT...

At 1014 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Newburg to near Audra State Park to 7
miles northwest of Glenville. Movement was southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Elkins, Buckhannon, Grafton, Weston, Philippi, Audra State Park,
Bridgeport, Belington, Jackson Mill, Stonewall Jackson, Junior, Lost
Creek, Jane Lew, Flemington, Womelsdorf (Coalton), Montrose, Auburn,
Valley Falls, Pheasant Run, and Knottsville.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 79 between mile markers 83 and 111.
 Route 33 between mile markers 1 and 35.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until midnight EDT for northern and
northwestern West Virginia.
