  gusts to 50 mph. Occasional gusts to 60 mph are possible in more
  wind prone areas, like Wyoming Boulevard south of Casper.

* WHERE...Natrona County, the Green Mountains and Sweetwater
  County.

* WHEN...Today. The strongest wind is expected between 9 am and 4
  pm.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Motorists should watch for sudden and
