  South central Merced County in central California...
  West central Fresno County in central California...

* Until 300 PM PDT.

* At 158 PM PDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near South Dos
  Palos, or 30 miles south of Merced, moving northeast at 5 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Firebaugh, South Dos Palos, and Dos Palos.
