* At 929 PM PDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles northeast
  of Kootenai, or 14 miles northeast of Sandpoint, moving northeast
  at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.

* Locations impacted include...
  Elmira.

This includes the following highways...
 U.S. Highway 95 in Idaho between mile markers 484 and 492.
