  Northern Phelps County in east central Missouri...

* Until 515 PM CDT.

* At 429 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Dixon, or 13
  miles west of Rolla, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Rolla, St. James, Dixon, Doolittle, Northwye, Jerome, Vichy, and
  Rosati.

This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 174 and 179, and
between mile markers 185 and 200.
