* At 218 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Holgate, or 8
  miles south of Napoleon, moving northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Napoleon, Swanton, Liberty Center, Holgate, Mcclure, Hamler, Texas,
