  Western York County in Upstate South Carolina...
  Cherokee County in Upstate South Carolina...

* Until 415 PM EDT.

* At 317 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles east of
  Gaffney, or 5 miles west of Smyrna, moving east at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind 
           damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Gaffney, York, Clover, Blacksburg, Sharon, Hickory Grove, Smyrna,
  Kings Mountain State Park, Cherokee Falls, and Draytonville.
