The National Weather Service in Sacramento has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  East central Colusa County in central California...
  West central Sutter County in central California...

* Until 430 PM PDT.
    
* At 406 PM PDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Colusa National Wildlife, or 14 miles southeast of
  Maxwell, moving southeast at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. Possible large amounts of accumulating hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Sycamore around 425 PM PDT.
  Meridian around 430 PM PDT.
