The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  South central Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 830 PM EDT.

* At 756 PM EDT, a confirmed tornado was located over North Star, or
  near Newark, moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

  SOURCE...Public confirmed tornado. At 7:49 PM EDT, a picture was 
           sent in via social media of a probable tornado on the 
           ground near New London, PA.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Wilmington, Newark, Elsmere, Kennett Square, New Castle, Newport,
  Greenville, Stanton, North Star, Talleyville, Landenberg,
  Wilmington Manor, Pike Creek, Kemblesville, Hockessin, Ashland,
  Avondale, Bellefonte, Ardentown and Ardencroft.

This includes Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 6 and
20.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

To repeat, a tornado has been confirmed. TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a
basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy
building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in
a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect
yourself from flying debris.
