The National Weather Service in Pocatello has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  East central Blaine County in central Idaho...
  Northwestern Power County in southeastern Idaho...
  Southwestern Bingham County in southeastern Idaho...
  Northeastern Minidoka County in south central Idaho...

* Until 345 PM MDT
    
* At 312 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 18 miles northeast of Minidoka or 21 miles north of
  Lake Walcott, moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  east central Blaine...northwestern Power...southwestern Bingham and
  northeastern Minidoka Counties, including the following locations:
  Bear Trap Airport and Pilar Butte.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.
