The National Weather Service in Wichita has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  North central Neosho County in southeastern Kansas...
  Allen County in southeastern Kansas...

* Until 1100 PM CDT.

* At 1014 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located 6 miles southeast of Humboldt, moving northeast
  at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Moran around 1030 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Elsmore, Iola Airport, Mildred, and Savonburg.
