  Southeastern Rooks County in north central Kansas...

* Until 1130 AM CDT.
    
* At 1104 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near Zurich, or 25 miles northeast of Ellis,
  moving southeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Plainville around 1115 AM CDT.
