  Northeastern Sedgwick County in south central Kansas...
  Northwestern Butler County in south central Kansas...

* Until 1145 PM CDT.
    
* At 1117 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located over Benton, moving northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Towanda around 1130 PM CDT.
  Potwin around 1135 PM CDT.

This includes Interstate 35 between Mile Markers 69 and 71.
