The National Weather Service in Wichita has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  West central Cowley County in south central Kansas...
  Southeastern Sumner County in south central Kansas...

* Until 1115 PM CDT.
    
* At 1048 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located 7 miles west of Geuda Springs, or 11 miles
  southwest of Oxford, moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Geuda Springs around 1105 PM CDT.

This includes Interstate 35 between Mile Markers 10 and 14.
