  Northeastern Linn County in north central Missouri...
  Southeastern Sullivan County in north central Missouri...

* Until midnight CDT.
    
* At 1127 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located 11 miles east of Browning, or 14 miles
  southeast of Milan, moving east at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
