  Western Pike County in northeastern Missouri...

* Until 730 PM CST.
    
* At 650 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Martinsburg, moving northeast at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Farber around 700 PM CST.
  Vandalia around 705 PM CST.
  New Hartford around 710 PM CST.
