  Central Butler County in southeastern Missouri...

* Until 430 AM CDT.
    
* At 346 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Doniphan, moving east at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Budapest around 350 AM CDT.
  Fairdealing around 355 AM CDT.
  Milltown around 400 AM CDT.
  Poplar Bluff and Harviell around 405 AM CDT.
