  East central Callaway County in central Missouri...

* Until 1045 PM CDT.
    
* At 952 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Fulton, moving east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Fulton around 1000 PM CDT.

This includes Interstate 70 in Missouri near exit 161.
