  Northwestern Phelps County in south central Nebraska...
  West central Buffalo County in south central Nebraska...
  Southeastern Dawson County in south central Nebraska...

* Until 245 PM CDT.
    
* At 217 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Overton, or 14 miles southeast of Lexington,
  moving northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Overton around 225 PM CDT.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 246 and 256.
