  Northwestern Red Willow County in southwestern Nebraska...
  East central Hitchcock County in southwestern Nebraska...

* Until 530 PM CDT.

* At 501 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 5 miles southeast of Culbertson, or 6 miles west of
  McCook, moving east at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Weather spotters reported funnel cloud.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
