The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northwestern Harding County in northeastern New Mexico...

* Until 900 PM MDT.
    
* At 817 PM MDT, a tornado producing storm was located near Chicosa
  Lake State Park, or 25 miles northwest of Mosquero, moving 
  southeast at 25 mph. This storm produced a brief tornado in Abbott 
  about 750 PM MDT.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado and golf ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Roy around 835 PM MDT.
  Solano around 855 PM MDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

To repeat, a tornado is on the ground. TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a
basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy
building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in
a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect
yourself from flying debris.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
