  Richland County in north central Ohio...
  Northwestern Ashland County in north central Ohio...
  Northeastern Crawford County in north central Ohio...

* Until 630 PM EDT.

* At 544 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Ontario, or near Mansfield, moving north at 50
  mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Mansfield and Shelby around 550 PM EDT.
  Plymouth around 600 PM EDT.
  Norwalk around 620 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Shenandoah, North Fairfield, Tiro, Olivesburg, and Greenwich.
