The National Weather Service in Memphis has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Crockett County in west Tennessee...
  Southwestern Gibson County in west Tennessee...
  East central Lauderdale County in west Tennessee...
  Northern Haywood County in west Tennessee...

* Until 930 AM CDT.

* At 850 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Nutbush, or 7 miles east of Ripley, moving
  northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Humboldt, Ripley, Trenton, Alamo, Bells, Three Way, Nutbush, Belle
  Eagle, Forked Deer, Eaton, Medina, Maury City, Friendship, Gadsden,
  Gibson, Quincy, Gibson Wells, Christmasville, Frog Jump, and Mason
  Grove.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a storm shelter or an interior room on the
lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are
outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest
substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris.
