  East central Cameron County in Deep South Texas...

* Until 430 AM CDT.
    
* At 404 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Laguna Heights, or near South Padre Island, moving
  northwest at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Laguna Vista Police Department around 415 AM CDT.
  Holly Beach around 430 AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Port
Isabel--Laguna Heights.
